Edge is an awesome company. I couldn't imagine life at work without you guys in it. Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians, and the same for the front office staff. When I place service/maintenance calls, there is always a prompt response. When I say prompt, I mean prompt. They seem to really care about our business and that is rare nowadays. I get updates as to when a tech will be coming and most of the time a phone call from the actual tech. I don't know how they do it, but their formula for success is working.
