Our Executive Team brings more than 150 years of combined industry experience to EDGE. Their expertise and commitment to service have allowed us to prosper for many years and ensure that we’ll continue to meet the needs of our clients.
RICH SIMONS—CO-FOUNDER & PARTNER
A registered professional engineer, Rich started his career in the land development industry in 2001. He honed his analytical skills and developed his consultative approach to working with clients in that field. Foreseeing the downturn in the real estate market, Rich entered the document imaging industry in 2007, started EDGE in 2012, and is now a 15-year industry veteran. His experience translated wonderfully to the highly transactional nature of this industry.
Rich holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University. He lives in Roswell with his wife and three children.
CHA HOLMES—CO-FOUNDER & PARTNER
Cha has more than 30 years of Atlanta-based experience in the document imaging industry. He began his Atlanta career as a Territory Account Executive with IKON Office Solutions before being recruited to DocuTeam, where he held the positions of Major Account Executive and National Account Executive before leaving in 2012 to start EDGE.
Cha is a seven-time Million Dollar Sales Performer and a 10-time President’s Club Sales Award winner. He holds a B.A. from Florida Southern College and lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
RICK DUERR—CO-FOUNDER & PARTNER
Rick has over 25 years of experience in the document imaging industry. He spent the first 11 of those years with IKON Office Solutions, where he started as a sales rep and worked his way up to Major Accounts Manager with a sales force of eight account executives. Rick later joined DocuTeam in 2008 as the Director of Major Accounts and left in 2012 to start EDGE.
Mr. Duerr holds a B.A. from Radford University and an M.B.A. from Mercer University. He has lived in Atlanta with his family for more than 18 years.
Josh has more than 21 years of document imaging industry experience, all in the Atlanta market. He's held various sales, specialist, and management positions at IKON Office Solutions and Duplicating Products before joining EDGE as a partner in January 2013. He takes tremendous pride in providing outstanding service and support to his clients.
Josh holds a B.S. in Financial Management from the University of Alabama. He lives with his wife and child in Brookhaven. Outside of work, he is active in his community and an avid golfer.
JEREMY LEE—Chief Financial officer
Beginning his career in banking and financial analysis, Jeremy found his niche in managing finance with heavy involvement in operations. After holding similar roles in the land development, energy and professional sports fields, he discovered the document imaging industry was a perfect mix for his skills and desire for challenge.
Jeremy has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Georgia WebMBA program. He lives in Woodstock with his wife and three children.
BRIAN EIFE—SERVICE DIRECTOR
Brian brings more than 40 years of experience in service and customer relations to EDGE Business Systems. He has worked in all facets of the industry from technician to supervisor. He has 22 years of management experience and won eight Technician of the Year awards for his technical expertise and customer service skills.
Brian holds an electronic degree from Lee Technical Institute. He lives with his wife in Atlanta.
GREG PRIDHAM—SALES Manager
Greg joined EDGE with over 25 years of industry experience. After beginning his career with a Ricoh dealership in New Jersey, Greg was recruited to Orlando, FL as a Major Account Manager before quickly being promoted to a District Sales Manager. In 2004, his family relocated to Atlanta and joined one of the largest independent dealerships as a National Account Manager. Greg earned 11 consecutive annual sales awards before leaving to join EDGE as the Director of Sales in 2015.
Greg holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. He is married with 2 children and lives in Canton, GA.
justin sharrett—SALES Manager
Justin joined EDGE in 2019 and has over 16 years of sales experience in the office technology and information destruction industries. He started his career at IKON Office Solutions and won multiple Circle of Excellence awards and was promoted to Major Account Executive. Justin worked for Cintas and Shred-It in the information destruction industry where he was elected to the Captain's Club, won 18 Achiever's Club awards, and after earning several President's Clubs, he was promoted to Sales Manager.
Justin holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from Piedmont University. He lives in Buford with his wife and three children and spends most of his free time coaching and watching his kids play sports.
