EDGE has been great, from customer service to price. Tommy Linda delivered what he said he would deliver as our new machines arrived and were setup ahead of schedule. AND.. even after the purchase was complete he continues to check in to make sure everything is good. Whenever we have had an issue or needed another printer setup or needed a new computer connected, Mr. Quick Fix Johnson, is on it. IF you need a printer/copier/scanner then call EDGE and ask for Tommy Linda.
EDGE has been amazing! Vidya and Colton have been so helpful. I had a couple of technical issues with my systems in my office and they were quick and efficient in getting everything up and running! If you are looking for office equipment, look no further!
Our printer went out earlier in the week and Tommy Linda went above and behind to expediate the installation of our new printer (which works wonderfully). He also assisted us with getting a technician to immediately set up an employee's computer to be able to printer that was accidently left off the original installation order. He made sure we could all work efficiently! I would highly recommend Tommy Linda and Edge.

Edge is an awesome company. I couldn't imagine life at work without you guys in it. Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians, and the same for the front office staff. When I place service/maintenance calls, there is always a prompt response. When I say prompt, I mean prompt. They seem to really care about our business and that is rare nowadays. I get updates as to when a tech will be coming and most of the time a phone call from the actual tech. I don't know how they do it, but their formula for success is working. I will definitely recommend Edge to other companies! Keep doing what you do! You are appreciated!

Boyd was so patient with us while we made the decision to get rid of our old dinosaur machine and purchase a new copier/scanner/printer. He was extremely helpful every step of the way. And on install day, everyone was professional, helpful and went out of their way to get us set up to minimize any issues and make our transition smooth. Would HIGHLY recommend.
