Required Skills / Knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of network connectivity
- Troubleshooting and diagnosis of network connectivity issues
- Ability to travel locally to different clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of professional experience in an IT environment
- Hands-on experience providing support to users using Windows and Mac OS
- Professional, Mature Attitude and solid Communication Skills
- Positive attitude towards customers and co-workers
