Position Is: Exempt

Required Skills / Knowledge

  • Extensive knowledge of network connectivity
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosis of network connectivity issues
  • Ability to travel locally to different clients


  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of professional experience in an IT environment
  • Hands-on experience providing support to users using Windows and Mac OS
  • Professional, Mature Attitude and solid Communication Skills
  • Positive attitude towards customers and co-workers
